I called to get assistance with canopy loading specs for an alpha canopy that I bought second hand and both the girl who answered the phone (sorry forgot her name) and Chris the sales manager were so fast to help me. I’ve been trying to get a straight answer from so many alpha sellers and no one gave me s straight answer or even tried to help the way 3XM did. Thank you very much
